Door Opening with Expiring Codes

Introduction

• Self check-in, no need to rush to bring keys to the customer.

• Generate a temporary code, send it to the customer: the door opens only for the authorized period.

• No network required, no Wi-Fi, no SIM card.

• Card Mode: After the first code entry, a card found inside the room will be valid for the entire stay.

• Owner and housekeeper enter with their own codes and up to 70 permanent cards.

• The internal energy-saving reader activates exclusively with the enabled card, not with ID cards, credit cards or other cards.

Code Generation

Codes can be generated in two ways:
• Quick method: from the </> generate codes page
• Automatic method: from check-in in bookings

⚠️ IMPORTANT

Codes contain a progressive serial number:
• Can be created in advance
• Must be used in generation order
• Out-of-sequence use blocks operation

Opening

Asterisk followed by 5 digits of Master or housekeeper Code, opens.

Housekeeper Code Creation

Hash followed by 5 digits of Master Code Asterisk 5 digits sets housekeeper code.

RFID

With the housekeeper code or master code, associate or replace an RFID card.
Hash, master or housekeeper code, Hash, Card number, then pass the card within 6 seconds.

The customer code opens only for 20 minutes, but enables the RFID card to work for the entire time present in the code itself.
75 cards can be stored, 0 stores up to 4 customer cards, from 1 to 70 are service cards.
Individual cards cannot be deleted, to delete one you must rewrite it with a new one.
Wait 10 seconds to complete the sequence.

Reset Room Door Counters

Hash + Master Code + Hash + Asterisk
Resets the counters, must also be done on the key generator.

Reset One door of common reader

Hash + Master Code + Hash + Two digits door number.
Resets the counter of one door, must also be done on the door and key generator.
In case of total reset of the common reader, you must reset all internal doors and on the generator.
